An interactive communication with customers is possible with the customer feedback module of PIM.RED. Customers can write feedback, comments or reviews and discuss about products, news or articles. You can integrate social media buttons on the website to share and recommend content. Your team will be informed about new comments and can publish these. It is also possible to individually deactivate this feature for some products.
